Possibly. The initial review should check the equipment, permitted interfaces, available signals and vendor restrictions. Existing connections may be usable; additional instrumentation or integration work may be needed. Compatibility should be assessed before it is promised.

Do we need a complete smart factory system to begin?

No complete-factory scope is assumed. A discussion can start with one machine, inspection task or equipment knowledge set. The team can then assess whether a limited pilot is useful and what it would require.

What information should we prepare?

Share the operational problem, equipment type, existing systems and any available sample data or approved documents. For vision inspection, representative samples and inspection criteria are useful. Avoid sending confidential operational data before agreeing an appropriate way to share it.

Can the solution run on-site or in the cloud?

Deployment options should be assessed against latency, connectivity, data access, security and maintenance requirements. An on-site, cloud or combined design may be considered where feasible; no deployment model is assumed before scoping.

Who handles the AI, software and engineering work?

What results can a pilot establish?

A pilot can help test a defined question on representative equipment, samples or documents. Agree evaluation criteria in advance, including errors, exceptions and human review. Pilot findings do not guarantee failure prediction, defect detection, workplace safety or savings across a full operation.

Who provides on-site work and ongoing support?

The project proposal should name the relevant contacts, responsibilities and support scope, including any on-site deployment, training, maintenance or response arrangements. These details are agreed with the participating teams rather than assumed from the website.
